Current Project

- All MBBS and BDS doctors recognized by BMDC, Intern Doctors and 4 members of each Doctor's family (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Spouse or Offspring) can be shareholders. Medical / Dental College Students can also be a shareholder but they must have Certificate as a Medical/Dental College student issued by their College Principal. They can not refer any family member until they pass MBBS/BDS degree.

- One doctor can refer 4 of his/her family members (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Spouse or Offspring) to become a shareholder.

- Our per share value is 1000 tk.

- Every shareholder has to buy Minimum 100 share or 1,00,000 tk value share & Maximum 400 share or 4,00,000 tk value.

Money Deposit by own Bank Cheque:
- To buy share one have to deposit definite amount of money by His/her own Bank Account Cheque (*Applicant must deposit money through Own Bank Account Cheque, Cash deposit will not be accepted and hand to hand money transfer is strictly prohibited, UADW Public Limited will not be responsible for this.) to the following bank account of UADW Public Limited

Give Registration Fee by Bkash:
- Applicant must pay Tk 1020 (Non-refundable) via Bkash –send money option as a registration fee in the following Bkash Number before submission of application.

- Save the Bank receipt. & the Bkash No. for future use.

The Interested one must have the following documents for registration:

1. Scan Copy of Bank Receipt.

2. Scan Copy of NID card.

3. Scan Copy of TIN Certificate.

4. Scan Copy of Passport Size Photo.

5. Scan Copy of Signature.

6. Scan Copy of Own BMDC Certificate /Referred Doctor's BMDC Certificate/ Intern Doctors can use their temporary BMDC certificate for registration/Certificate as a medical or dental college student

7. With having this documents One must fill up the registration form with necessary information in respective page and attached those scanned documents.

- After Verification Every Shareholder will be registered as a Shareholder of this diagnostic center in the "Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC)" under UADW Public Limited according to the Law of Bangladesh.

- Then every shareholder will be provided a shareholder certificate.

- Every Shareholder will share the Profits or loss from this project equally.

- There will be special benefits for shareholders during taking health service from this Diagnostic Center.

- Every shareholder will get profit (In profitable State) yearly After Annual General Meeting (AGM) but will get special health related benefits from the 1st day of running of the Diagnostic Center.

- Shareholder can transfer his/her shares to an existing shareholder or to another doctor/ doctor's first degree relatives according to the Company Law of Bangladesh.

- Every shareholder is welcomed in annual general meeting & share their opinion.

- Every shareholder is bound by the rules and regulations of UADW Public Limited & Law of RJSC of Bangladesh.

Note: If any shareholder breaks any rules or regulations of the company or act anything against the law of Bangladesh then Board of directors has the rights to cancel his registration as a shareholder according to the law of Bangladesh.
